Q1. How will I receive my kit?

For online registrations, the kit wll be delivered to the address provided. For offline registrations, it will be available at the site of registration.

If you are registering as a group of 10 or more, please reach out to beat.diabetes@landmarkgroup.com to discuss delivery options.

Q2.  What is the cost of registration?

Adults (13 years and above): AED 20

Adolescents (7–12 years): AED 10

Children (6 years and below): Free entry

Q3. Do I have to pay upfront when I book online / can I receive an invoice?​

Yes, payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

Q4. What types of payment do you accept?

For online registrations, we accept all major credit cards.

For offline registrations, only cash payments are accepted.

Q5. Where will the proceeds from this event go?

All funds raised through registration fees will support diabetes research and treatment through our strategic partner for the event, Al Jalila Foundation.

Q6. Is there an age limit on who can attend?

This is a family event, and we encourage everyone to participate, regardless of age.

Q7. Where can I park my car?

We encourage all participants to use public transportation on the day to help reduce carbon emissions and avoid parking congestion.

There is parking available at the venue, however, it is managed by the RTA and is not free of charge.

Q8. Which gate can I enter from?

Participants can enter through Gate 3, Zaabeel Park.

Q9. Do I have to pay park entry fees?

No, participants will receive free access to Zaabeel Park for the event.
